UPDATED 6/11/2023
Please be advised that as of June 12, 2023, new updates to rules and regulations for The Plaguelands Rust server will take effect. We kindly ask all users to review and adhere to these changes to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all. Thank you for your cooperation.
• All Plaguelands general rules are always in effect.
• No Raiding unless it is a Raidable Base (plugin) or an Admin Event
• Players cannot give other players permission to raid their base.
• When constructing your base, it is important to keep in mind the zoning regulations. Your main base should be built within one zone area and not cross into other zones.
• Please be aware that according to the rules, it is not permitted to have more than two TC’s placed in any one zone.
• A Player may not place TC’s outside of their main base zone to purposely build block other players.
• Placing SAM sites to shoot down players is prohibited.
• Players can install turrets at their base or compound. These turrets can be very effective at deterring would-be intruders, but it's important to remember that they should only be used for interior security purposes. That means they must be placed within the confines of your base or inside your compound walls, and they should never be set up to kill people passing by.
• Players are allowed to place Teleport foundations down across the map or build a secondary base, Secondary bases must remain a moderate size and be respectful of others. YOU MAY NOT BUILD ON TOP OF ANOTHER PERSON. SPACE OUT.
• Door Camping/Roof Camping is not allowed.
What Constitutes "Raiding"?
• Entering a base through any opening, window, or hole without permission.
• Looting a decaying/partially built base.
• Looting players from within the victim's base.
• Looting containers within a protected TC range.
[3:36 PM]
What is not Considered Raiding?
• Killing players who can be seen from outside their base thru a window or opening.
• Looting a player that went to sleep outside and is outside of any safe zone.
• Stealing vehicles left outside without anything protecting it (garages, etc).
No PvP at Admin events.
Admin Event: Definition
An "Admin Event" is defined as the immediate 3x3 grid square area centered on the location of the event that and Admin is personally hosting, this does not cover server plugin events. For example, if the admin event takes place in B2, this means A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 are event areas.
Please note that the rules listed above are subject to change at any time as deemed necessary by management. These changes are made for the benefit and safety of all players on the server. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
