New MODS on the server

​Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update on Npc Raiders. As a friendly reminder, they will keep raiding your base until they find the tc or you successfully defeat all npc waves. 

​ Only those authorized on the tc can take on and defeat the raiders, and only the raiders can attack them. For more information, just type in /raidme in chat and the help menu will pop up. Stay safe out there!

Also Added Vehicle Deployed Locks
Vehicle locks added (https://umod.org/plugins/vehicle-deployed-locks)
Must be within TC radius to add a lock to the vehicle and locks are shared to other teammates.
Decay protection for all drivabes/ridables EXCEPT: Sleds, Kayaks, and Hot Air Balloons.  For the protection to work they must be in the range of a TC or inside.
